Tastiwave Review: Your Best Kitchen Tool

Hello there! My name is Marliette and this site is all about the Tastiwave. Tastiwave Infomercial: The Truth Behind All The Hype

My husband often tells me that I am skeptical of practically everything. I may be skeptical of things, but I’m not as extreme as my husband claims. I try to find the truth people are possibly hiding when it comes to products. I am not one to purchase things or completely believe somebody’s word alone until I have researched it out for myself. Tastiwave Recipes

Tastiwave Recipes: Delicious Meals in Under 10 Minutes

I hope that my Tastiwave cookware write-up helped you to know different types of dishes that the Tastiwave cookware can make. I wanted to follow up with some actual Tastiwave recipes that you can use to give you some practice and experience with the Tastwave before you venture out and try your own recipes out.

The first Tastiwave recipe is one that my mother gave to me when I was in college. It still tastes just as great!

Orange Chicken
Servings: 4

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups water
2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated orange zest
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
orange marmalade
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions:

Place and mix all ingredients except marmalade and chicken in the griddle and place on top of the base unit inside the Tastiwave. Place the 4 chicken breasts in the orange mixture. Place the dome lid on top, cook for 4 minutes. Remove from microwave and flip each chicken breast. Spread orange marmalade on each chicken breast. Cover and place back into microwave. Cook for another 4 minutes. Let it stand for 2-3 minutes.

The second Tastiwave recipe that I want to give you is my all-time favorite meal to cook. I love vegetables and this dish can be made with whatever vegetables are in season.

Roasted Veggies
Servings: 4

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

1 medium zucchini (cut into 1/4″  slices)
4 white mushrooms (sliced medium)
1/2 yellow squash (cut into 1/4 diagonal half slices)
1/2 red onion (sliced medium)
1/2 red (green or yellow) pepper (cut into this strips)
2 cloves of garlic (finely minced) or 2 tbsp. minced garlic
3 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. onion powder
salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:

In a medium bowl, add all ingredients and toss to coat all vegetables evenly. Place base unit with grill pan and grill press into microwave and preheat for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Remove from microwave and add vegetables to hot grill pan, add grill press, cover with dome lid and cook for 4 minutes. Remove from microwave. Flip vegetables and cook for another 3 minutes. Remove from microwave and let stand, covered, for 3 minutes.

I couldn’t leave you without a favorite dessert Tastiwave recipe.

Peach Cobbler
Serves: 4

Ingredients:

1 large can (20 oz.) of peaches, sliced
1 box of Jiffy cake mix
butter
cinnamon

Directions

Dump the can of peaches into the griddle, including juice. Sprinkle the whole box of Jiffy cake mix over the peaches. Dot the top with small slices of butter and sprinkle the top with cinnamon. Put griddle on base unit, cover with the dome lid and place in the microwave. Cook for 7 minutes.
